How did I gtt to 110kg??

I was thinking to day The reasion I got to the weight I was. Ive been told that you have to discover the mental reasions for the weight gain, and it got me thinking today what has stopped me for losing weight ? and why was I carrying it round unnecessarly?.

  1. Have you come up with any ideas yet?
    Many people who are overweight are emotional eaters and struggle with depression, but that doesn't describe me at all. I think my weight comes from poor habits since childhood - huge portions, lots of sweet and fatty foods, no idea of when to stop, and no expectation that I would do sport or exercise. My family is all overweight. I grew up expecting to be overweight.
    What's your story?
