So annoyed!

This week i worked really well. I walked an hour a day every day and I did 3 exercise classes and I stayed in between my points but yet I put on .200. Soo annoying

  1. How did this week go for you? I'm sure the scales will smile at you again if you stick to the Program!

    Many people report that there body takes 2 weeks to show a loss after lots of exercise!

    I Lost .600 the next week. IM on holidays at the momment so Im trying to be Good but still enjoy my holiday with some treats :)
